Since 2014, The French Bakery has been crafting traditional French breads and pastries using artisan techniques and equipment. Baguettes, boules, rye, and sourdough are baked daily in a hearth deck Bongard oven. Hand-rolled croissants, pain au chocolat, tarts, and cookies are made in plain view—often warm from the oven. A team of French-trained and local bakers brings care and authenticity to every item, including their fresh, flavorful sandwiches and focaccia.
