HistoryMiami Museum preserves and shares the stories of the region’s diverse communities through engaging exhibits and rich collections. As one of the largest private history organizations in the Southeast, the museum features over 37,000 artifacts ranging from ancient archaeological discoveries to Afro-Cuban folk art. Its Archives and Research Center holds more than two million historical images. Visitors can explore 10,000 years of local history in the core exhibition, *Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida*, along with rotating temporary exhibits throughout the year.
