Bistro Monadnock grew from the Fehr brothers’ connection to the building, where they previously ran a boutique law firm before moving into hospitality. Their restaurant concept takes a relaxed bistro approach, pairing technique-driven French food with classic cocktails, draft beer, and a mostly French wine list that includes 15 wines by the glass. The menu keeps recognizable French dishes in focus while allowing room for seasonal ingredients and creative variations, giving the kitchen space to reinterpret familiar favorites.
