Thattu grew from Chef Margaret Pak’s love of the southwest Indian coastal cuisine of Kerala. Its menu centers on the food traditions of the region, using aromatic spices, coconut, and curry leaves to shape dishes inspired by Kerala’s land and sea. Alongside traditional preparations, the culinary team adds playful interpretations that keep the menu personal and distinctive. Signature cocktails are also created to complement the flavors of the food.
