Redhot Ranch is a burger and hot dog business built around classic Chicago-style favorites and old-school preparation. Founded by veteran restaurateurs Barry Nemerow and Jeff Greenfield, it began with a focus on the traditional Depression dog, natural-casing hot dogs, and fresh-cut fries. Its menu later grew to include the RHR Burger, made with fresh beef cooked for a crisp, caramelized finish and topped with cheese, vegetables, and special sauce.
