For Alex’s Washington Gardens, food and family history have remained closely connected through generations of ownership. The restaurant began with Angelina Scornavacco and continued through Tony and Ellen Scornavacco before Alex helped move it to its current home in 1982. Today, the Glazer and Kaulentis families maintain that legacy through familiar Italian dishes, daily-delivered seafood, homemade pasta, and a menu that keeps long-standing recipes and cooking methods in use.
