Giordano’s has spent decades developing a menu around its signature stuffed pizza while also serving thin-crust and tavern-style pies, along with pasta, sandwiches, salads, and other Italian-inspired dishes. Its ingredients are carefully selected, including mozzarella made specifically for the pizzeria by Wisconsin cheese makers and tomatoes grown in Northern California. The business began in 1974 when brothers Efren and Joseph Boglio brought their mother’s treasured stuffed-pie recipe to Chicago, establishing a tradition that continues today.
