Mano a Mano is an Italian trattoria centered on handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and the regional cooking traditions of Italy. Chef Doug Psaltis and pastry chef Hsing Chen shaped the restaurant after years of traveling through Italy and discovering the character of its traditional trattorias. Much of the pasta is rolled by hand each day, including gluten-free varieties, while the menu also features antipasti, seasonal vegetables, focaccia di Recco, and Italian wines.
