Nella Pizza e Pasta is a Neapolitan Italian restaurant shaped by pizzaiola Nella Grassano’s lifelong connection to Naples and her family’s cooking traditions. After learning the craft through years of cooking and an apprenticeship in pizza making, Nella brought generations of family recipes to her kitchen. The restaurant uses ingredients from Napoli, including San Marzano tomatoes and D.O.P. Mozzarella di Bufala, while its handmade 00-flour dough is baked in a 1,000-degree wood-fired oven.
