Sochi Saigonese Kitchen grew from a husband-and-wife team's long-standing passion for cooking together and sharing Vietnamese food with others. Son and Chinh first developed their signature Sochi cake in Saigon, inspired by the traditional bánh ít, before eventually building their own kitchen. Today, their menu extends from Vietnamese dishes and house-made sauces to drinks and desserts, while the setting is designed around food, family, and the feeling of coming home.
