Family connections and a love of sharing food shape the spirit of Lao Peng You. Opened in 2019, the restaurant grew from the Wat brothers’ desire to recreate the sense of togetherness they experienced around meals while growing up. Guests can choose from dumplings filled with pork and dill or mushroom and chive, noodle soups, spicy cold noodles, and made-to-order breads. The brothers also treat their staff as an extension of their family, reflecting the importance they place on people and community.
